Topic: SWOT Analysis

Do you want your business to be more successful?

If so, part of your planning should include a SWOT Analysis which evaluates Strengths, Weaknesses,
Opportunities and Threats. These are listed by you and your team in a matrix format.

For example:
Strengths include resources and capabilities.
Weaknesses are things to improve or avoid.
Opportunities are new technologies or relaxed regulations.
Threats are obstacles you face or the emergence of competing products or services.

The completed SWOT matrix creates a business profile to be used as the basis of goal setting,
strategy, and implementation.

Many times this planning is best facilitated by an independent party, so if you want your business to
be more successful we can help.
